improve-a-thon - HELP THE SITE

This site has got very quiet of late. And without you guys things won't improve which is why it is so important that you are all a big part of any changes we make to the site.

Today is the launch of what we are nick naming the KyleFanClub Improve-A-Thon. Where lots of ideas will be brainstormed for site improvements as well as ideas to bring in more members and spark up more forum activity.

There will ofcourse be great rewards for idea givers that result in more members so please please please. Help out in any way you can!

Current ideas (please post more and which ones you like):

- Incorporate Stan into the site more.
- Fanart area with upload and comments active.
- Improovement to area to post fanfics.
- Introduce a currency that can be used at the KyleFanClub Shop.

Okay, here are some of my ideas. Sorry if some of them are too difficult ideas, I don't know how websites work.

-Make a games section, either where we make games and post them or post urls.

-Maybe we could have trivia quizzes somewhere... I don't know about other people, but I always find those fun. These could be included in the games section mentioned above.

-A videos section

- Improve the chatroom. Maybe there could be a time of day when if you want to use the chatroom you do, or maybe there could be a feature that makes a small popup if someone enters the chatroom, or something akin to that. (Again, if these sound like things that can't be installed, I don't know how websites work. )

I'll keep updating this with ideas when I come up with other stuff... My mind is slow right now.

Just to let you know we now have a tag available that will be awarded to members who help out in the improve-a-thon.

-Contests,I guess.When you first started this site,we had the V-Day thing,remember?That brought people more actively.

-Maybe like,admins that can work on the site (E.g-helping with site colors,headers,banners etc..)

-Having trusted members assigned jobs would help things run smoother.Like,a graphics guy,a few board monitors,etc.

Maybe if we had our own profiles.I know we do,but maybe if we could add backgrounds or pictures or something :3

Hey could we incorporate Kenny and Cartman more as well? I know Stan and Kyle are best buds but where would they be without Kenny and Cartman.....hmm they probably could do without Cartman but without Kenny there were times when they wouldn't even be alive XD

Somewhere I also suggested a small chatroom on the forum, like a chatbox not sure if that could work here but it's worth a shot. That way we know whose online and active.

And I don't know maybe ....a dance off, ok maybe not I don't even know how that'd work on the forums XD

In all seriousness, the theme switcher on the main page has me checkin out the other available themes. How can we add more? Is it difficult to make your own? Im kinda itchin for a change.

We just have the one theme at the moment. If you did want to create one then we would be happy to put it up as an option for members to use.

There should be a guide on the vBulletin site if you are interested.
