It's not bad overall, but I'll take the part of the art critic. The top part of the hat is a little tall, so next time I'd bring the top down a bit. It looks like you had the eyes right at first, but then opted for the next style. And finally his head looks a bit squarish, so maybe put the curve back in. But being I'm no artist, who am I to criticize anything? But if you give it another go, try changing those elements just a bit. Heck, I might just give drawing it a go! Though it'll just to see how I do, not for show.
