Which one is your favorite?
Mine is a tie between two... Both times with Cartman saying it. :D
In Major Boobage
Cartman: But you know, I've learned something today. We can't persecute living beings and force them in to hiding. It's wrong.
Kyle: ... And you don't see any parallel between that and anything else in history?
Cartman: Hmm... Nope. I have no idea what you're talking about, Kyle.
In Toilet Paper
Cartman: But you know, I've learned something today...
Kyle: No, Cartman. You didn't learn anything today.
So, what're your favorites?

i love canada on strike here's the quote "Yeah, but you know, I learned something today. We thought we could make money on the Internet. But, while the Internet is new and exciting for creative people, it hasn't matured as a distribution mechanism to the extent that one should trade real and immediate opportunities for income for the promise of future online revenue. It will be a few years before digital distribution of media on the Internet can be monetized to the extent that necessitates content producers to forego their fair value in more traditional media."

I absolutely love the one from Canada on Strike. I know it off by heart, so my "party trick" is to recite it... without any intended accent or enunciation... just monotone recitation, extremely fast, to anyone who will listen.
And yeah, I'm not 12-years-old, just autistic. :-) Sadly, I don't get invited to any parties, so this generally happens with unfortunate dinner companions; often related ones.
...I think the point of this was that I really love the one from CoS.
My second favourite would be from The Tooth Fairy Tats 2000: "You know, I've learned something today. You see, the basis of all reasoning is the mind's awareness of itself. What we think, the external objects we perceive, are all like actors that come on and off stage. But our consciousness, the stage itself, is always present to us."
