Kyle: No, Cartman. You didn't learn anything today.

I absolutely love the one from Canada on Strike. I know it off by heart, so my "party trick" is to recite it... without any intended accent or enunciation... just monotone recitation, extremely fast, to anyone who will listen.
And yeah, I'm not 12-years-old, just autistic. :-) Sadly, I don't get invited to any parties, so this generally happens with unfortunate dinner companions; often related ones.
...I think the point of this was that I really love the one from CoS.

My second favourite would be from The Tooth Fairy Tats 2000: "You know, I've learned something today. You see, the basis of all reasoning is the mind's awareness of itself.
