they are cool, I liked them in raisins and i liked the "did she just call us emo?" in breast cancer show ever
but they kind of annoyed me in the ungroundable, too much whining from them and they arent that funny

on another note, i know it's stupid but i kind of wish stan had stayed a bit goth at least but still hanging out with the other boys, raisins must have been the episode in which i liked him the most, kind of a refreshing change from his annoying normality

I love the goth kids. But for some reason, I wouldn't want them to have a bigger part.
It'd be cool if they had a random line in an episode, but I wouldn't want them to have a huge part. (Like Butters's very own episode) I know I sound retarded. My favorite goth kid is the kid no one mentioned. The one with curly hair. But I like all of them.

Well, i did some research on the goth subculture and after my review of it all in a blog i posted, i developed a bit of a goth-phobia. I will not go anywhere near goth kids, considering what my research found... not because i think they're any more dangerous than anyone else but because... well i must admit, i am intollerant of their subculture... and yes, i know i read atleast one person saying they're goth on this forum and that's fine... i can speak with goths over the internet. I've actually had a good internet-mate from Stockton on tees in England who was goth... i just can't stand them on the sidewalks... btw no, i don't pursecute them or anything i just stay a mile away from them...

okay, that wasn't that easy to lay off my chest... appologies to any goths who may have read this. Be sure i will not treat you any differently on the internet...

As for the Goth kids in southpark... yeah... that's very close to what my research yielded... the representation of goths in the fanfic "Kyle dies" is how they see themselves... but they are not that by a long shot to any rational person... again, appologies to anyone Goth... ... ...

I go to a Catholic Private school and I love south park. Although I do have some doubts about God but whatever, I'm christian.

The bible states that one does not need to follow an organised religion to preise him. You are supposed to praise him in the way you see most fit. I am not a member of any organised religion, because most have taken the preising of god to a level far, far beyond what i'm prepared to do and they are way too limiting for you to live a furfilling life in the modern world. If i was to choose a religious group, i'd choose progressive judaism, but a jewish community doesn't exist here.

I think you shouldnt judge them all equally, like with any groups/religions/races/etc, there are the extremist douches and there are the good normal people

I admit that I havent really researched a lot on the goths but I have indeed met a couple of goths that were total depressive douches and a couple of others who were really cool and fun people, I remember a goth girl that I met on the university I went to last year and she was really good and fun

Same with religion, for all of you people who think no christians would watch south park, my brother who's 17 years old is a quite dedicated christian, he goes every sunday to church, he even likes going to church on christmas eve, and he really likes south park and he sat down next to me and watched all the Red Hot Catholic Love episode and found it funny, in the end admitting that it had a good point with the whole speech father maxi makes at the end of the episode

So yeah, my point is dont immediately assume that all members of any kind of group are gonna be exactly the same cause they are usually not, dont judge them all so quick because of the preconceptions you have of such a group, cause they could be missconceptions

I know some gothic kids and they are completely harmless at least lol. The goth version in South Park is obviously Trey Parker and Matt Stone (did I get their name right?) making fun of kids who are goths. The kids I know just dress in black and listen to gothic music and have a lot of makeups on. Besides they get straight As every year so I don't think they're bad students. I don't know I only know two goth kids so it might be different somewhere else, but that's all I know about goth kids here.

apparently the kindergarden goth is played by an actual kindergardener with a garbled voice i dont know why the hell matt and trey wanted a kindergardener on a show that has cussing in it...oh well their decision not mine :shrugs:

the goth who flips his hair out of his eyes is sparrow
the goth whos tall and has the curly hair is Pagan
and the kingergardener goth is Georgie

Just thanks, because I knew I'd heard Georgie in another fic but I couldn't remember the fic or the author.

I've heard of Dylan and Ethan. I do like the names. Sparrow and Pagan are really their goth names, like Raven for Stan, I'd think. I don't plan on referring to them by anything else though.

My hubby and I love South Park, but I would never let my toddler watch it. Sometimes I have to turn it off because it gets so bad. Most of the time its really funny but at times it gets really bad.
