in my opinion i have a feeling that instead of kyle sucking cartmans balls that he will kick them instead. What about you guys??:o)

ok i havent seen some reasent eppisodes....but is cartman gay? bc he got the seman and stuff in the older eps...so yeah. but kyle most def. wont suck em! ;)

Kyle has the legal realme in his favor; minors can back out of contracts. Also, contracts that involve the body always have an opt out clause. So, you know, Kyle doesn't HAVE to suck balls. This would also explain why Gerald wasn't defending his son in court; Cartman can't really force Kyle to do it.

Yeah exactly. Minors cant make legally binding contracts. Authough the fact that the judge didnt come to that decision sounds like thats not going to be the way out of it for Kyle. Im sure he will get out of it though.

And if it comes down to it, he has TEETH for a reason. Make good on his promise- then exact his immediate and life-altering revenge upon Cartman.

Who knows...personally, I'd like to see Kyle get out of it one way or another in Part 3, but if he has to go through with it...I hope he bites...really hard.

Soo...technically he didn't do it, even though Cartman imagined it up in front of everyone. I just didn't get why Kyle didn't counter-imagine something to prevent it...
