in your opinion...do you like kyle and new seasons or old? or old?

i would have to say that i like kyle in the old seasons the new is okay.

I like Him in Both old and new, but he does seem to have a bit bigger roles than he did in the old episodes. :)

Yeah I agree, I definatly think he plays a greater role in episodes now. Which can never be a bad thing.

I prefer him in the older seasons, as he wasn't always Cartman's foil. More shows revolving around him and the other boys.

I agree, although I do quite like seeing Kyle come on top of the Kyle / Cartman arguments. Although would like to see more Kyle / Stan episodes.

The problem is that even if Kyle wins, we're still dealing with a cartman main plot. I mean, once a year should be enough to remind people that Cartman and Kyle are on the opposing sides of the moral spectrum.

I like Kyle in the new episodes more because i think he has matured more (like other caracters) and has become a better person, for example before he used to pick on Butters and now he considers him as a friend.

I must say that I very much enjoy the fact that Cartman's suffering makes him happy, and I love seeing him insult and outwit him too. Kyle was born a winner, that's a fact. :)

Kyle has a conscience problem, we all know. Back in episode 703 (Toilet paper) he was constantly struck with guilt over TP'ing his art teacher's house.

However in episode 810 (Preschool) he seems to have been able to live with the worse act of contributing to his preschool teacher being horrifically burned.

Please note he, Stan and Kenny equally felt bad about Butters taking the fall in 703, but in 810, neither cared either time, when Trent Boyett took the fall.

Wondering if Kyle was able to live with his acts, or if he felt Trent being jailed was justice in a sense to him?

Also just like the chipokomon episode when the only reason kyle cared about being involved with the fad, as he told his dad, was because if he wasn't it would single him out and cause the other kids to make fun of him and kick his ass. Then in the south park is gay episode, he didn't feel comforatable joining in on that fad so he didn't and it ended up what he said in chipokomon came back to haunt him.

it is a fact that kyle and stan were very similar on the early episodes, and i dont think they had very distinctive personalities further than they were both good and cool boys

i think the differences and particular traits in their personalities started showing around the 5th season, in episodes like cartmanland where kyle is way more upset by the unfairness and unjustice of the whole situation, or in kenny dies where they have very different reactions to kenny dying

i think kyle started showing his stronger sense of justice and morals in more later seasons, and there's also of course the beginning of the whole kyle vs cartman thing, kyle's disgust for everything that cartman is didnt use to be as strong as it is now, the thing probably began because the huge differences in their personalities started becoming more and more obvious as seasons went by

dont get me wrong, i still love the kyle in the early seasons in episodes like mr hankey the christmas poo or in chimpokomon, but i think he became more awesome later

It does that. You just have to give it some time. I ended up restarting my computer and going back and trying again last night but it still took about 5 minutes and finally it played and i thought it was just my computer. That place sucks when it comes to trying to watch episodes/clips becasue they''l start to play and keep freezing for 2 minutes and just keep doing that.

Well its certainly not obscure, but when all my friends were playing Goldeneye I was playing Perfect Dark.

I still say its the better game. Why? Because it had an alien named Elvis, thats why.
