Here's just a little more detailed description:
No one in South Park has internet access and there’s no telling when, or even if, it will come back. Desperation sets in as the fear of the unknown spreads rapidly across the country. When Randy hears there still may be some internet out in California, he packs up his family and heads west in search of a signal.

9/10 i really enjoyed that the best episode of the season so far ,good old kyle saves the day by unplugging the router and plugging it back in lol shelly had good screen time nice to see she has not changed.I lost my connection a few times and i start acting like randy getting all worked up.

I wasn't too crazy for this one. But i liked Shelley when she was crying over the internet. I liked how kyle got the internet back.

Overall, i think the episode was pretty good. The part where randy is jacking off, i thought was pretty funny and i noticed kyle was more mellowed out about what was going on in this episode, especially with stan moving away, than stan was when kyle moved away in smug alert. There's always a part in an episode where i say to myself "oh my god" then start laughing my ass off . I'd give this episode 9/10.

randy as usual was hilarious, he was the best part of this episode
and of course i liked kyle's bit, how easily he solved the problem, that was funny :p i wish something would have been said about it afterwards though

That just proves how damn smart Kyle is It was ok I didnt need the Randy Jacking off scene I was eating dinner and I saw him jacking off and I was like "welp there goes my dinner" but the excuse was funny when he was like "it was the ghost" XD I was surprized Shelly got a boyfriend that actually liked her the only concern I would have besides the randy jacking off scene would be Kyles concern for Stan moving I mean if my best friend moved I would be devestated Kyle didnt really seem to care that stan was moving so yeah when Kyle moved to st louis Stan was sad the least kyle could do is care on his part because they are best friends but yeah thats my concern (Dont worry I still like Kyle) overall I would give the episode a 6/10

^ i know i think they missed out on a lot of stuff on that episode, like i said before i would have liked there to be something said about kyle after he solved the problem
and a kyle/stan moment when stan was leaving would've been nice too

well of course randy just makes the episode invariably hilarious, no question to that hehe
im just saying that i would have rather had less say shelley and more kyle, but i guess being a kyle fan makes that opinion quite baised :p

um about cartman im sad to say that besides tonsil trouble im not finding him as hilarious as usual in this season so far, like in "eek, a penis!" the whole "how do i reech this keeds" thing just didnt do it for me, i liked the whole garrison thing way more
so i didnt miss cartman at all tbh
