I would have to say it's a tie between sheila and chris beacuse sheila is really annoying with "what what what" thing and chris gets annoying always grounding butters for stupid things.

I like randy and sharon but all the other parents are just too stupid but i will say this for sheila, she is pretty annoying but she really does care for kyle and i think she's a really important part of kyle's life and he needs her. But like i said before, we can do without butters' parents for sure, they just get too carried away.

randy is hilarious and gerald is pretty funny at times, the rest of the parents are ok

Anyway, that's very true. i find it annoying how sheila always is, especially when, as cartman says, she gets a hair up her ass about something and annoys the shit out of everybody by taking it too far. i can see kyle starting to get sick of this in the near future.
