we went to the casino last night. my mom gave me the money to play sonce i didn't have any (which is the only reason i went) and i pulled $32 off a machine and stopped there and i walked out with more than either of them, which is one reason i don't go with them usually.

we watched most of the hot chick before we left there earlier. i haven't seen that movie in years. we saw a comedy special last night (i can't remember what the dude's name is but he has a funny ass hairdo and he looks like he's trying to parody johnny depp from pirates of the carribian, even sounds like that), played multiplayer on call of duty black ops (i think the hardest thing about that is getting used to moving the cameras together quickly), and watched sp on netflix.

i'm so surprised that joe can fit everything he can in that livingroom but there's not much room to move around. he's got the big screen, couch, recliner, a decent sized coffee table and a computer desk in there and that livingroom has to be smaller than my bedroom. then he's got his dog, gizzy (short for gizmo), and she's a small dog so as small as the livingroom is, she gets stepped on a lot because she's always in somebody's way. between the couch and the coffee table (which is against the tv), there's probably only about a foot between there.

yesterday i was thinking about the stuff the judge is likely to ask about next week and it got me thinking about my old jr high days when i liked that girl but she shot me down (even though she was nice about it) then i went back east and tried to get back in touch with her a couple years ago after i got back. she wound up blowing me off so i haven't had any guts to try and get into any relationships since. that girl didn't seem the type to do that shit back when we were in jr high.

my sister was over here earlier and she pissed me off right from the beginning when i went out front (she was here before i got up). she has the nerve to show up in another new car. my mom took me to have my blood work and asked khris to stay because we didn't take long, so we went and on the way, i brought the thing about the car up and my mom said that she was going to confront khris about it (her and brian claim they have no money, which we loaned them money so they could move back here from michigan in 2007. they have made no attempt to pay any of it back. recently khris has got 2 false teeth, at least 2 iphones,and that car, so they have money.) my mom decided this wasn't the day to bring that up to her. then khris starts talking about the iphone (confirming that, yes, they DO have money and yes, they have been lying about it. i almost said something (my mom noticed that) and the only reason i stayed out front was to wait for my mom to chew her out. i'm not pissed about the iphones (which cost a lot more to fix when they break than a nice simple flip phone like i have), i'm pissed that they have the nerve to lie about having money and then show off while we are one of those people who are struggling with everything. i can't stand it when people do that.

that test wound up taking an hour and a half and at one point, they had me in such a comfortable position that i was dozing. it was a little uncomfortable other than that since it was an ultrasound of my carotid artery.

carotid ultrasound and ekg. apparently, things didn't look good on the blood work for the kidneys. the MA calls me yesterday and says the doc wants me to first stop taking one of my blood pressure meds for 3 days and after that take a half pill every other day, go on another potassium restriction, and take that shit that they gave me in the hospital to lower the potassium right before i got out. it's going to be a rough couple of days because that of how that shit works and makes me feel. my mom had to fork out $132 for it because my insurance doesn't.

this is how bad my days are thrown off (not to mention waiting for tuesday) but i forgot all about it being sunday (not to mention the press release for the new ep being posted on sunday, even though i knew the new ep is this week (that being 3rd to the hearing, and the kidney appt friday). my sister was over here earlier and i got to see my niece with black hair (which is going to take a long time to get used to because briana has always been a brunette since the day she was born). it makes her look like she's goth (except she had sweatpant instead of goth ones and it was a simple black tee with a black overshirt, both plain) but briana probably does that because she watches vampire shows (gets that from khris)and likes the more "darker" music (again so does khris). neither of them is goth or emo, khris has just always liked the vampire shit and briana gets it from her.

it's more the sp version of vamp to me because they both like those shows (twilight too) and briana doesn't act goth in any way (she's into cheer and dance). well it's 20 hours and 42 minutes until the hearing and goddamn is my mom going to be exhausted. she has to work at 9 tonight until 5 in the morning and we have to be in phoenix at 1:30 in the afternoon.

i took my last dose of the potassium stuff my doctor wanted me to take for 3 days and it wasn't as bad as when i had it in the hospital. they mixed it with water there which is why it tasted so bad but this time, we did it with cranberry juice. other than not eating much yesterday, i did fine with it.

the battle with social security is finally won. the hearing took no more than 15 minutes if that and there were a lot of things they didn't ask me about because they didn't need to. i think the judge already had the decision made before i even got in there but he probably wanted to see me for himself. there were 3 people before me and all they got told was that they would find out what the decision would be in a month or two and one girl got told they weren't sure she even had a case. i got the yes right away and as far as how far back they're looking at, the judge decided on sept of '08 after i quit walmart.

i have that ache in my lower back again. we still think maybe it's my kidneys doing that and i'm sure the numbers can't be good also because of the constant tiredness and i still feel like i'm on the potassium shit. the back ache is one of those annoying pains like a stubborn toothache.

i have no idea what the deal is with the back pain. my pcp did an xray a few weeks ago which didn't show anything so the next step is getting an mri done after i get prior auth from the insurance.

the pill you take to calm you down. kidneys still are getting worse and now i'm in the range of dialysis/transplant but that's not going to happen until we've exhausted every possible option (not that we have very many of those left). the doctor wants to try an injection of some medication but we have to see if the insurance is going to cover it. this stuff costs $16,000 a month but the doc is going to put it to them like this: this will be a lot easier than having to pay for hospitalization, won't it? the doc will let me know by the 10th one way or the other.

for as long as we've lived on this part of university, we've only had 2 accidents while we've lived here (not including the bus accident). the last one was when they were doing construction on the road and some old guy crashed into one of the barricades (and my mom said he had to be going a good 50mph when he hit it), he ended up taking off before the cops could get there.

we took in another dog for now until we can find another home for her. she was my step-brother's dog but he has no room for her anymore and nobody wants to take her. we don't need another dog but we don't want to see her end up in the pound or on the street. bear likes to play with her and get close to her but wee won't put up with it. he growls at and and chases her away.

wee will have to get used to her whether he wants to or not. she was in their bed outside when we were out on the porch last night and bear was throwing a fit about it. i went into the jacuzzi last night (actually it was about 2 in the morning) and when i got out, my legs felt heavy. i don't really pay attention to whether or not it's cold out when i go in there (it was a little chilly but more so because it was windy).

i've always wanted a husky but i would put money aside to do that, first of all, and also i would wait to move to colorado or something before i do that because huskies and the heat in the az deserts don't mix. we've always had smaller dogs with the exception of patches (which was a boxer/shepherd/dane mix), fatso (if we end up keeping her, she's a heeler mixed with whatever the hell nilla (the mother) is, and the basset we had years ago (this is only counting the dogs my mom and i had before we all got together and after).

it's mainly been chihuauas. i had a jack russel that my mom bought me right around the time i was 9 or 10 and she was my dog. she was one of my most favorites along with wee and petunia. she once was chewing on a cord or wire (one of those) and got zapped but she got the message and never touched a cord or wire again (unlike when that happened to patches, that dog chewed anything and everything no matter what happened because of it).

i might take a break from school and go in september. the new one that has engilsh 10 takes 3 bloody buses to go down there. and 3 to go home. i only needed two buses to go my recent one. but eversince i got bumped to go down there for my eng 10 its been very hard. so i will wait until sept. i don't know why they did this its stupid and not fair!

when i tried going to school to be an MA, the thing that was really killing me was getting up early everyday (no matter how many times i did it or how early i went to bed). because of dial a ride, i had to be up by 5, they picked me up at 5:45 (sometimes later even though school didn't start until fucking 8), but that's how it is with them. sometimes i started to doze before first break (it's a damn good thing we had those breaks). we stayed at the same campus but each class was 18 days and we went from one to the next with just a 3 day weekend every other week (the second three day weekend was between the end of one class and before the start of the new one)

that scooter has to be a hell of a lot better than the ones at the store. those damn things are terrible at stopping. i used them a few times at the store and they don't have it where you can let up on the throttle and they slow down, you have to let go of it and they jerk to a stop. then there's the fact that they go so slow it's ridiculous.

the scooter got here about an hour ago. i'll have to take it and drive it around to get used to it. i was going to go to the mall over the weekend but it would be too crowded and i have to have another round of kaxelate because the potassium is still high (it was 7.2 but it came down to 5.6). any higher and i would been back in the hospital. it was at 8 the night i was supposed to come home but got sick right before and they put me in the tele-unit. when my mom went to go pick up the kaxelate, the pharmacy tech was an idiot. he was going to give us the 3 days worth in a single bottle and expect us to measure it all out. when my mom questioned that, this guy was an idiot and was like "well, you can measure it, can't you?", the pharmacist overheard this and came to the counter. he says "why the hell did you not do that? this is a powder and it has to be measured just right. what are they supposed to measure the dosages with? don't you realize what this is for? it's for someone with high potassium. we're the ones who measure it. this is why i don't want you up here." she said that guy was pissed.

today i went to the mall bought some needs for myself and bought my mom a four peice toaster for mothers day she has no clue i bought her one. ours is breaking down we could use a new one. my family babies the hell out of my dog like he's some kind of toddler, pets mart trainers said if you keep it up he will walk all over you and control your house hold.

this new dog is a character. she looks more like a dingo than anything. she makes a good guard dog (at least people will think twice before coming in the gate) since she's bigger than the other two and when she barks at somebody she doesn't know, her hair stands up. other than that, she's a brat. she constantly wants attention (and she knows how to jump on to furiture), always wants to play with the other two, and always gets up and sleeps on the couch even though she has a blanket on the floor (no matter how many times we've told her to sleep on the blanket). however, when we leave the room and come back, she's back on the couch. the other night, i had come out to the kitchen and saw she was there, told her to get down, went back to my room for something, came back, and again, went into my mom's room for something, came out and again, put something on the fridge, turned my back, and then again. each time i told her to get down, she came into the kitchen and sat down under the table.

my dog sleeps on the couch but i put him on his bed and after that he listens and doesn't hope back on it. my dog begs too much for food and we have to be suckers to give which im not the rest are in my family.

we decided on calling the new dog patty (changing her old name slightly so as not to confuse her too much, fatso-fatty-patty). she has become my dog without a doubt and has just become so attached to me. she likes to play by me throwing her ball around, playing tug of war with it, and wrestling it out of her mouth. i would like to get her to start walking on a leash and probably get one of those rope toys.

i'll check it out. i already went and had dialysis done this morning. i'll probably get discharged after dialysis tomorrow or sunday morning and start op dialysis on tuesday. i don't know what the plan is with the fistula getting put in or how long the catheter will be in but i do know i'll be put to sleep for the fistula (which is going in my wrist).

what do you think caused that to happen? i came home from the hospital tuesday. the fistula got put in on monday and they decided on keeping me that last night. i had one more dialysis treatment at the hospital before they let me go. i had another on wednesday and again today, and i made sure to bring my computer and mp3 with me this time which made things go by faster. no more dialysis until monday :)

well, the good news is i don't have any cancer as i far as i know. even if i did, those infusions i was getting in maryland was actually a cancer drug (normally used as one anyway) and it would've killed any that might've been there. next month is going to be one year since i went to the hospital for the bowel obstruction and i won't lie, after that shit got sorted out, i was waiting for something else to happen and it did.

i had a dream at some point this morning that might possibly be used later on for something, involving Denny, Kyle, and Butters and it involved playing a game that they appeared to be playing at what looked like my old high school. the game itself seemed kind of like an extreme kind of hide and seek. i'm thinking i may tweak it a bit and hey this is the 4th story i've come up with.
