When we launch the new design next week were thinking of splitting the members into two groups:
Everyone by default will be a KyleFan. But on the other side you can opt in to be (or get forced to be) an AntiChrist (or something, we havent thought of what to call the KyleHaters yet, Maybe just KyleHater).
Any ideas to other fun things you would like to see on the forum. We open to all idea and probably best to get them sorted now while the forum is still quite new and quiet.

Secure connection,— After all we’re talking to friends.
Another thing is having the threads threaded, so that you can reply right under someone elses reply. and also allow comenting from within a post.
There are some other features but what I reallywant is secure chat.
All secure of course I’d like that.

Its uncommon and unrealistic for a forum to run on a secured connection. However the forum does remain patched with the latest security updates for this version.
Areas such as the chatroom are secured however.
Was there any specific ideas or concerns you had about security ?

the pm page doesn't appear to be encrypted.

The site uses vbulletin and is secured and patched as per their instructions like everyone else who uses vbulletin.
Indeed their are add ons that will encript PM's etc however these are NOT OFFICIAL add-ons. Thus carry their own risks.
Huge companies use their software because of its stable and secure reputation.
At the end of the day, encrypted or not. If someone wants to view your PM's bad enough and has plenty of cash then anything is hackable. Even online banking aint totally secure.
So long as your not PMing credit card details etc. Then im pretty sure people would care too much about viewing your PM box.

I think your answers are satisfactory, I generally like a secure connection.
